Welcome to QSight
QSight is the AI-powered operating system for pre-construction teams. From the moment a tender lands to the moment you submit — every tool you need, built on one intelligent platform.
Data-driven estimating, not guesstimating.
See it in action
BOQ Converter works on its own. SmartQuote is built for subcontractors. BidBrain is built for main contractors. Same intelligence engine underneath.
For everyone
A standalone tool — use it on its own, no platform commitment. Drop in a PDF or scan, get a clean, structured Bill of Quantities in minutes. 156 users in 26 countries and growing daily.
For subcontractors
Built for subbie owner-directors who price their own jobs. Import a BOQ from PDF or your own sheets, find what's wrong in the tender pack before you price, then build the price from your own rate library.
Owner-directors who price their own jobs — we want you on the pilot.
For main contractors
Built for main contractor pre-construction teams. Upload the full tender pack — BidBrain reads every document, makes the bid/no-bid call, handles pre-qualification, splits the work into subcontract packages, generates your programme, procurement schedule and method statement, sends packages to subbies, compares quotes and recommends award, checks compliance and submits to the portal. Post-award review feeds everything back into your institutional knowledge. Built on the same intelligence engine as SmartQuote.
Built for you
Every building starts with a price — hundreds of pages to read, things to spot before you price them, a number you have to commit to that decides whether the job makes money. QSight rebuilds that process around you, whether you're the subbie pricing it or the main contractor running it.
For subcontractors
If you're a subbie owner-director pricing tenders at the kitchen table at night, SmartQuote gives you the intelligence of a senior estimator from the first tender. It reads the full pack, flags what's wrong before you price, and builds the number from your own rates. Every tender you run makes your rate library sharper. Nothing walks out the door when a staff member leaves.

BidBrain is built for main contractor pre-construction teams. One platform
BOQ Converter, SmartQuote and BidBrain sit on one intelligence engine. Subcontractors and main contractors on the same tender, on the same platform, with the same data underneath. That's the pre-construction OS — and it's how you protect the thin margin you actually have left to play with.
Pre-construction. Redefined.
